課程時數共20小時,新台幣 7,000元整

注意事項 (申請退訓日期以提出書面申請當日為準)

1. 開課日前(開課當日視為已開課)申請退訓者,退還已繳參訓費用之7成。

2. 自開課日起未逾全期3分之1時數申請退訓者,本會將退還參訓費用之5成;自開課日起已逾3分之1時數申請退訓或依規定開除者,已繳之參訓費用不予退還。

3. 課程期間,如遇不可抗力之天災,例如颱風、水災、地震、流行病等,  則依照中央或地方(台北市)政府宣布之停班/停課標準辦理,恕不補課。
